We are here to serve you as best we can, even during the winter months.
During this period, there are a few changes to facilities and opening hours. For example, certain water points will be shut off to prevent frost damage, and not all toilet facilities will be available.
The harbour office has clearly summarised the most important information for the winter of 2026 for you. Below, you can read what you need to bear in mind, which facilities will remain available and how we ensure safety in the harbour throughout the winter period.
Opening hours
The following opening hours apply during the winter period:
Marina office: Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 17.00
Fuel station: Monday to Friday from 08.30 to 16.30
Water points
To prevent freezing and potential damage to the water pipes, all water points will be shut off during the winter period, with the exception of one point.
Hot water remains available at the reporting jetty, close to the marina office in the blue basin. This is the first water point on the jetty, counting from the shore.
All other water points will be shut off. Please bear this in mind when planning work on board and using water during your stay in the marina.
Sanitary facilities
A number of sanitary facilities will remain open throughout the winter period. You may use:
- The sanitary facilities at the marina office
- The sanitary facilities at the camperpark
- The sanitary facilities at the yellow basin
- The sanitary facilities at the red basin
The floating sanitary buildings in the blue and orange basin will be closed from the end of October. Please bear this in mind and, if necessary, make use of one of the toilet facilities that remain open.
Marina security
The marina team remains active throughout the winter period and boats are checked regularly. Although the marina is often quieter during this time, the safety of the moorings and the boats present remains a key priority.
These checks form part of the marina team’s regular duties. We remain vigilant regarding the situation in the marina, so that you can leave your boat there with peace of mind, even during the winter period.
We advise you to take note of the opening hours and the facilities available. By planning ahead, you can avoid any surprises during your stay in the marina.
